Hi all,   I'd appreciate a little more tech help if anyone can give it!   I just got a KT34A up on my tower.  I had tested it on the ground, sitting on top of a couple sawhorses, and SWR seemed fine

Remove the balun from the feedline and connect the coax directly to the feedpoint. I KNOW the balun is 4:1 ... that's not the point here. If the balun is the problem, you should see a difference in '

Thanks to everybody for the good suggestions.  I'm going to wait a couple days for some of the snow to melt off and head back up there.  Will take the balun out and do some continuity checks and also

on top of a couple sawhorses, and SWR seemed fine?on all 3 bands according to my mfj antenna analyzer.? Got it up on the tower and I can't get even the slightest dip in SWR from 7mhz to 40mhz... let
