Jim I recommend you contact US Tower directly or check their website. The bolts they sent me last year for another MA-770 installation were straight bolts and only 1 inch by 27 inches rather than the

I am curious about the Epoxied anchor bolts. Do the instructions have you drill the holes for the bolts and epoxy in a way that the hole in the concrete, is lined up in the direction of the pull? Or

It also shows straight bolts on their foundation drawings. But they DO have a nut and washer welded? on the end to keep it embedded. I have no idea whether epoxying a straight rod into a drilled hole

My US tower anchor bolts which were installed about a year ago had two nots locked against each other threaded onto the bottom of the straight rod and the thread end was 'peaned' over. No welding in

The instructions, which are quite detailed, cover a lot of this.. The adhesive isn't always epoxy, by the way. Acrylic is also used. But, in general, you drill at right angles to the concrete surface
