Not required here. Call building office, ask if there were restrictions, they said there as a 35' structure limit. Told tower was a crankup that could go high and I got it because it was heavy duty b

I used <http://www.municode.com/> and local gov't websites to find my tower permitting answers. Not very interesting reading, but I can sleep well knowing that I didn't have to trust any knowledgable
