Except for corroded connections I doubt making an antenna look new would even show a measurable difference in performance. OTOH I like mine to look like new as well.<:-)) Roger Halstead (K8RI and ARR

I used Rustolium flat black. I Scotchbright pad the entire KT34-XA, 40mtr rotatable dipole and 20 mtr Bigstick antennas right out of the box, and then did an acid etch, then primer, then flat black.
