Just discovered a data-filled version of the SRTM data: http://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/ After the coordinates are entered into the "Search Criteria" tab, go to the "Data Set" tab and instead of select

Paul, W3CRA was not at the top of the hill but slightly over the south side of the hill might the problem you are finding. The tower is still up but the antenna broken with only one element in place.
