- I have never sent in a unit for repair. I found them to be pretty simple to repair myself. Perhaps I should open a TIC repair facility:) TIC may not have the same sense of urgency that we would like

- As a guess, Carl probably has a lot of work*/* items to repair on a first come, first served basis and for a small operation, (I don't know if this is a one-man operation, or consists of a work force
