- This is a Wilson rotateable tower with the TailTwister mounted at the bottom. It turns the whole tower. There is no bind up as I can easily turn the tower by hand. I just installed a new starting cap

- It's easy to try. Just disconnect the wires going to terminals 4 and 8 from the controller, and hot-wire your spare cap to those wires. Hook the cap to the wires, not the terminals. No need to open t
