I believe it was ON4UN that suggested running cables inside the tower would help. I ran my cables inside but have not shunt fed my tower yet so I don't know if that will really help. 73, Larry W6NWS

Larry if you use a 3 or 4 wire cage I understand that the cage itself is what is doing most of the radiating and not the tower. Herb, KV4FZ 73, Larry W6NWS How is inteference on rotor or relay boxes?

As long as the cables are connected tightly to the tower/tower leg and shields are bonded to the tower top and bottom, you are not likely to see any problem. K6SE used crank up towers with the cables

It would seem logical to expect that that RF voltage on the cables would track that of the tower at the same height so bringing the cables off the tower at the lowest possible height should result in
