So, if someone wanted to emulate a house for a house bracket attached unguyed tower, using an I-beam or pipe, what size I-beam or pipe would be necessary? I'm thinking about 2 cubic yards of concrete

Are you thinking of having a post next to the tower that you'd bolt to? Post or beam being vertical? Or at an angle? Don't forget that the house bracket essentially provides bracing in all directions
