Hi terry the 2800 Rotator Dimension: 8 inch dimater 13.675 inches high (200 x 345) mm and the 1000 are Rotator Dimension: 7.5 inches diameter 12.5 inches high (186 x 300 mm) I am not sure of the 47d'

Yes it will, I have had all the Yaesu rotors on the same base plate in the top section of an LM470, they all fit. The G2800 is slightly taller so you may have to drop the mounting plate down a little
