Thanks, all for the input. In particular Dennis and Hans, for the firsthand experience. So far, I've determined that you have to align it, pointing North, (got my compass and plastic owl, right here.

I would think the center of rotation would have to be North (or South) and every thing else would be set up for that. It is with the PST-61. I'd be a bit upset with a system that didn't do it that wa
