A friend of mine that worked on radars in the Houston area told me that he recommended the pier pin installation. He said that it helped remove the torque from the tower and put it on the guy wires.

The more I read the more I am beginning to agree with Bill. I am not liking climbing this tower already and the tilt idea is sounding better and better with every fresh slant on the "Tower Accident"
