- Is here anything out there that strips enameled wire for soldering easily instead if scrapping it with a knife? Got to make up several transformers with #28 wire. Want to se if there is an easier way

- Try this: Take an aspirin tablet. Lay the wire flat on aspirin tablet and then use hot soldering iron with a dab of solder on it then pull wire slowly out of between the aspirin and soldering iron. T
