I just came from our local club planning meeting for ARRL Field Day. We were discussing VHF/UHF modes like Fusion C4FM, DSTAR, and DMR. When a ham speaks into the microphone and it comes out as C4FM,

OK, Apologies to Jim here, but restating his opinion below, this would mean logged as voice. The argument I was getting from others was that C4FM and DSTAR modulation modes would double the count, on
