- Mark, I also have for some time used the Kenwood TS-2000x in the Rover and use 28Mhz to drive the Elecraft XV222 . I do use an amp on 222, 432 and 2 meters and have had no RF issues with the Kenwood.

- I had 2 of the "D" models that also did this as well as 3 of the pre "D" models. I do believe the "D" models I had (still have one) were the early models as well. I also had a FT-897 that did this as

- What would be the point of Roving in one grid? I would rather not use the fuel, roving in one grid on only getting qso points activating more grids you get additional points for grids already worked
