For weak-signal work (CW/SSB) it's 902.100 or 903.100. Around here 903.1 is more popular but some people use 902.1. My transverter is crystalled so 144.1 = 903.1. The IF rig, however, does go down to

I've made a few quick NBFM QSO's on 10368.100. With the beam width being so narrow I doubt I was QRM'ing anyone. I doubt if a quick FM QSO on any microwave band would be a problem in the weak-signal

Sure. Depends on how much you want to put into frequency accuracy. My 902/902 transverter uses a crystal oscillator that doesn't drift at all after about a minute of warm-up and then only drifts a kH

I'm using either the KD6OZH circuit built dead-bug style or the VE1ALQ circuit along with the KD6OZH PLL circuitry for my phase-locked LO's. Both LO's work great with that PLL circuit. But yes, at 90

In this area 903 is pretty bad but not unusable from the portable site I've been using. Up north it's far worse from what I've been told; W9ZIH has given up on the band and is selling his 903 gear. 9
