Janson, Just as an obtw, cable channel 18 happens to be right in the 2 meter range. CATV cable leakage could be a problem. A lot of TV sets simply do not have adiquate shielding. My old TV was that w

Jason, The first thing I would do is get the CATV people involved as there is probably some sort of leak or ground problem on their end. Is the neighbor tied in with the cable for broadband Internet?
