Frank has defined captive as 10% of my score, another said 10% of qso's with one station(see below). Most of the comments I have received about my previous post seemed to feel that I was not captive.

well the club page is interesting and if you guys are sending out sattilites to activate apparently vacant grids then thats good. I just encourage you to work everyone, thats all. with because like k
