Just seems to be this computer as my laptop seems to be OK with the 32 bit Vista. All apps can access the soundcard on the laptop. Maybe 64 bit Vista has some issues? Hi Walt, There are some fundame

I would try a different sound card before the X-Fi "Extreme Audio". It's predicessor, the X-Fi "Extreme Music" was apparently much better and is sought after by many. Also looks like the "Extreme Aud
