What is your OS? I had the same problem at the start of the contest and discovered that Vista had muted the Headset Microphone CODEC. Once I cleared off the mute RittyRite started printing again. 73,
During the CQ WPX RTTY contest I worked JG1IEF. For the number in the report he sent PRP. I asked for a repeat of NR? and he again sent PRP. Either he had something wrong on his end, like the numbers
Thanks to Dave and John N1JM for the explanations. I had pretty much figured that the 'P' at both ends was probably a zero. Why in the world would you want to send such gibberish instead of just send
Tnx Doug. I seem to remember there was a way to make the correct numbers appear, but couldn't remember if was something in MMTTY or in RittyRite. Too many programs, too many bugs, too many years! 73,
I think 4 S&P memories are all you can get. It is not user customizable. 73, Gary AL9A _______________________________________________ WriteLog mailing list WriteLog@contesting.com http://lists.conte
Eric, Cut numbers in the ini file go in the [Cut-Numbers] section such as [Cut-Numbers] 0=T 9=N However, this is only for what you send. It has nothing to do with translating cut numbers you receive.
I believe the topic has strayed slightly off course from Ray's original query. He wasn't asking about storing more macro sequences. What he wants is more S&P memory locations to store a stations Call
Ran V10.75N in the CQWW WPX RTTY contest last weekend and did not see the Rittyrite error message mentioned below at all. Will see what happens next weekend in the ARRL CW DX Contest. 73, Gary AL9A _

There was a recent thread about having more S&P memories available in WL that morphed into how to add local spots to the Band Map for recall later. I'm setting up for the CQ WW 160M Contest and just
Does your CQ message play by itself, without using the auto CQ? If not, take a look at the audio file settings for your CQ message and then compare that to your other messages. The audio file propert
Rusty, Try dragging the supercheck partial window off the WL desktop and onto the Windows desktop. This undocks it from the main WL desktop. Once onto the Windows desktop the frame changes to a stand
Make sure you observe the negative values for South latitude and East longitude. Once the values are entered you must go to Setup/Save Configuration for them to be saved to the ini file. After saving
Hi Stein, I've never had consistent results with the record on the fly feature of WL, either with my PC soundcard or the MK II sound card. If you have your MK II connected properly you shouldn't need
One thing I would like to see improved is how the BARTG module handles the time string received. It handles four numbers such as 1245 fine, it handles four numbers with a colon such as 12:45 fine by
Actually I think it's just the other way around. The MMTTY plug-in puts info lines into the C:\Windows\writelog.ini file. You need to open that ini file, copy the new lines related to the plug-in and
Any ideas on how to fix the userpara.ini file errors? Can I copy the parameters from the full MMTTY to the plug-in? I've never made any changes to either. 73, Gary AL9A ______________________________
