Because the person in question has been using NA for some time with 2 computers, and is having enough trouble mastering Windows much less Writelog. Keeping it to one log per radio is easier for him.

NA was setup for him originally with 2 computers linked via the serial ports. One computer per radio and the logs were shared. Therefore, the old saying about old dogs and new tricks must be observed
