WL doesn't recalc the country once a QSO is logged. Easiest way to fix is to scroll out to the right and find the column with the country prefix. Edit that to the correct prefix for the country. Done

The challenge for me has been sound cards. Win7 handles sound card audio differently than WinXP. I.e., on Win7 you have the mic come into one sound card and the audio must come out a second sound car
