I did discover that on the PTT tab in the router soundcard ptt had to be checked. If you need to have "Sound card PTT" checked, something is not set as documented in the MK II/Writelog documentation

The short answer is that you must go into the microHAM Router and check "Strict BPS" when you use Rttyrite's Hardware generated FSK. This may slow the data rate a bit, though Joe mentioned it was not
