Sounds familiar... Fix bug that fails to finish transmitting a message containing %C if the QSO is logged before the callsign is sent. Possibly a similar behavior got reintroduced. I'm still using V1

The time that you must set for alt-T with an external DVK is the interval from the start of one CQ to the start of the next CQ. It is not the listening interval between CQs. I typically set this to 9
