No, my COM2 port is used for PTT using RTS for PTT. The DTR is used for CW Keying. That is the use on any program that I use on this computer.

Nobody will be sending that slow in a contest and it is designed for contest use. I think the algorithm would have trouble at that lower speed, but maybe not. I know of no way to reduce it.
