If you are going back to version 11 then my fuzzy memory says the ini file needs to be in the windows program files. But why it wouldn't just make one if it didn't find one, I have no clue. 73 jeff w
If all else fails use any serial number contest. You can at least log a 4 digit number. It won't calculate a claimed score but you can do that after the fact with a couple minutes of spreadsheet work
