- Doing what you suggest creates the "problem" that the logging software will need to be updated if the ARRL ever adds more categories like it did a couple of years ago. This caused a big problem with

- Not if it were some sort of lookup ("dta" or "ini") file, similar to NAMEDMUL.INI. (I told you I was getting dangerous -- a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing, and I have a little as anyone!)
