Jim, My "dxt2wl.exe" is located inside DXTelnet folder as C:\DXTelnet\DXT2WL\dxt2wl.exe. I have not tried to put the "exe" file out of DXTelnet folder, but think it should work. You should be careful

I'm not having much success with this. I'm still getting the "Could not create OLE object" message when I try to start the packet window within WriteLog. I've done all the rest of the steps (I think)

Don, you have to start DXtelnet first. The message is telling you there is nothing there to connect to. I think I got every possible message trying to get it to work. But now it works. Best regards,

Don, DXTelnet runs DXT2WL.EXE. You have to configure DXTelnet to run DXT2WL.EXE in place of DX Hunter. I do not have DX Hunter. There is a help file that comes with DXT2WL.EXE. It is DXT2WL.TXT. That
