Art, I never knew F11 could be used to wipe out the Entry window. I've always used it for sending a macro message, either CW, RTTY or SSB. No worries though, you can fix it yourself. Just create a ke

Early versions of WL used F12 to clear the entry window but that's been gone for several years now.  ALT-W wipes the entry window now or do as Gary suggests and map F11 to do it. 73, Don AA5AU From:
