Seems like some of the earlier 950SDX's did have some issues ... I recall one of the locals here having some problems with the NA software ... seems like he ended up sending the rig back to Kenwood
I was in the same situation. I reported the detail here last summer (frequency updating takes 5 ~ 20 seconds after the actual change, some time WL logged the QSO on wrong band because of the delay).
