I don't see anywhere in the Pennsylvania QSO party rules where or how to submit email logs. Anyone know if email logs are acceptable ? Or, even electronic logs on floppies, for that matter. The rules

I believe dupe sheets are only applicable if you actually hand logged. If you do have dupes in the log with writelog they are identified as such and that meets the dupe sheet requirement.
