Then when there is a charactor keyed it cuts out the keying. In other words the spacing is keyed. A PNP transistor. There's 9v across the ground and pin 4 continuous that keys the circuit on my FT-ONE. I was not aware that was needed with UserPort. I looked for the the LPT port listed in the writelog.ini. Couldn't find it.
