I am a little bit confused by the required file format for ARRL RTTY Roundup electronic log submission. Is Cabrillo format good enough? And if this answer is yes, the Cabrillo format does not contain

Ion, the Cabrillo format doesn't specify rest periods. Don't worry about it. Cabrillo is the right file to submit. 73 - Jim AD1C p.s. your rules are 3-4 years old. Some of the rules have been waived
