- I know this has been addressed before, but I sure can't find it in the archives. I have a good contact from the NAQSO party that is X'd out. I saw on K9JY's site that it is supposed to be out of band

- It is easy, at least with the latest version. Simply select the contact and the right click options have a mark as claimed. I just tried it. That alone is reason enough to upgrade if you have not.
