Do a Las Vegas restart, (Hold down the one(1.5) and the three (7) keys and power up the rig. It will go through a light dance and then show what rom version you have. It should be version six (6). I

I just bought a Yaesu FIF-232C and want to use it with my FT-1000. I have plugged it in and I am not getting any response from the rig. The Cat System Light doesn't come on. Any ideas or suggestions.
