Hi Steve, It may be several things causing PLL unlock on just that VCO. It could be a possible bad trimmer cap on that VCO covering PLL2 on some bad solder connections. The common problem many times

Hi Paul, The first thing to check if you see no plate current is to make sure your voltages are correct on the tubes. Check to see if the Screen and Plate voltages are present and also make sure the
