the A vfo will only tune the ham bands ( bye the way to get 60 meters, push in the 0 button on the keypad) But the B vfo will go to .100.100 ( 100 kc's?) well below the AM broadcast band. just press

power supply?? , I am not familiar with that rig, but my orion gets flakey , screen washes out etc. when running on batteries only (12.7 volts) or the batteries and solar panel, and the voltage drops

for what it's worth, I called paul at ten tec about my new alpha 87 a and the orion. I normally do not operate qsk. he said for normal semi break in just use the orion out to the rly in on the alpha
