The left half of my display went dark over the weekend. Anyone have experience replacing the display backlight bulbs on this radio? Is there a generic replacement bulb available or do I have to order

Can anyone tell me if there is a pot to adjust the squelch threshold on the FT-5100 and if so, where it is located? Signals too weak to register on the S meter break the squelch even if it is turned
