So what you have is a 3 phase 240 Volt system. In Sweden and most you Europe (I guess) we have a 3 phase 400 volt system, basicly you have half the voltage. Our system used to be called 3 phase 380 V

Well all limits sure can be stretched. I been runing more then 2 kW on 144 MHz using N connectors with no problem, as long as they are dry inside, but I would not recomend it since ofcourse it´

I use SHUNER N crimp connector, will not have the problem you describe below, will grip both braid and inner conductor. Instead of RG8 or RG213 use RG214 which is double braided. For rotor loops RG21
