Vilnis, SUCCESS! I decided to reinstall from my original Win98 CD and format the drive. It seems that Win98SE is the culprit. Standard Win98 works fine. All appears back to normal with RTTTY/RITTY. T

FYI. There is a motherboard that you can still get with ISA slots and run a 3gHz processor. I am not so sure how RITTY will run on that type of system, but it is worth a try. The MB # is "SY-P4I 845P
