You are referring to models that are determined by empirical data. There you can't separate the effects of second order and third order distortion. The math ( I don't know if you looked at it or not)

I see you are using a tuner. What was the SWR after the tuner. Having 1:1 into the tuner does not count. 9913 should easily handle 10 KW. I can run 2.5 KW into a dummy load thru RG58 (perfect match).
