I happen to notice that the layout/schematic and the screened lettering on the bottom cover of my Omni V refers to the Pass Band Tuning Board as '81460'. The board in mine has '81333' printed on it.

Les, I had a similar problem. I had a potentiometer with with one leg grounded and the wiper to line in. I found that I had to put a resistor in series with the line connection, I think it was 100k.
