Thanks all for the useful comments. Just to close this off (for now) I did finally succeed in hearing both the the SO-50 and AO-7 satellites today, 2-March. I simply listened with my Icom 706 connect

Thanks all for the suggestions. Switchjing to manual seems to be the easiest option (although I liked the SO2R suggestion) and CTRL-UP/DN then works perfectly to switch between bands. 73 ES GL in the

What seemed like a significant change that Bart didn't mention is that the club "center" location can be changed from contest to contest. At least, if that's NOT new, it's something I wasn't aware of
