I've just noticed something interesting about my Ten Tec 229B tuner.  It happens on 80m-30m, where the center switch is in positions Lo2 - Lo5 and various fixed capacitors are switched into the circu

Thanks for all the good info. One thing though. The SWR creep may be a clear indication that I am using the wrong balun, but that aint the case. I am using a 1:1 Guanella balun, 17 turns RG-58 on wha
