Hello. I am wondering if the S-meter reading is calibrated in standard S-units or is it an arbitrary scale? My set has most SW transmissions at S-60 to S-80. On my Drake SW2 with the same antenna S-2

What should the S-level be on the RX-320 with the antenna connected to a 50 ohm dummy load? I suspect S-0 or S-1. Mine is S-15!, but the noise coming from the speaker does not bear this reading out.
