There are three ceramic resistors to worry about and they can all test good when cold -- the problem is that when they heat up, they open up. The first is the 10k -- that shouldn't burn the fuses --

There is a connector strip on the power supply side of the amp mounted to the divider going from the front to the back of the amp. If one tap is shorted, you are in 220 mode, if three are, you are in

I'm not totally familiar with the 77, but I think it has a step-start sequence like the smaller 7x amps -- if so, a resistor in each leg of the 220 input appears for a while and then gets shorted aft
