My stations power supply is always on. Since I had to tweek the alc and agc pots as output was running about 60 watts max, I reseated all the cabeling on both the bottom and top of the omni. 80 meter

used to have a 580 Delta...es gud rig!! the slop in the band switch is caused by the knob not up to snuff...remove it with an allen wrench and you will see it is cracked where it attached to the band
