Steve I believe the one thing you're missing is a router setting. open up router and in the ports section acroass from the "FSK" selection are two "tick boxes". The "strict bps" box has to be ticked

One other thing I highly suggest is when you are changing TNC's change from whatever is your current TNC to "Dumb Terminal Unit" then maybe a writelog restart and then to the TNC you want upon restar
