Dont overlook the mother board as well. A lot of Orions got repaired at Ten Tec by replacing that rather inert board for the same reason, marginal connectors and some soldering issues. Gary _________

I just totally parted an Orion so I know it pretty well. By hinges I meant that the front panel flops open easily once the four flat head screws that hold the plastic panel to the chassis are removed
