Sorry, wrong. There is a subtle difference btwn a Province and a Territory. Some, if not a lot of VY1s and VE8s, will get quite upset being 'labled' as being in a Province :) Precedence of provinces

In EU, the convention is reversed, USB (AFSK). At least it was up until 1987 when I came over here and wondered why I could not get an ARQ link with another US ham. Me on USB, he was on LSB.
